my samsung g900m is locked up from over loading .

It has a drawing for a passcode and a numberl ock on apps and a screen lock, but it's so bogged down I can't enter the information. It got downl loaded with two SIM cards full of data. If I added a big ad card would it help? As u can tell I'm nott he smarter of me and the phone.lol
