Updated my Samsung Galaxy S6 and it changed my wallpaper!

I recently noticed that my wallpaper has gone back to stock. I want to prove it wasn't me and how long ago it was changed. I have a Samsung Galaxy S6. How can I prove that it was the update and not me that changed it and also how long ago it was changed? I updated it months and months ago.
