So the stock android clock app on my newly purchased Oneplus 3 has its alarm stuck on 6:45 AM. It rings every morning at the mentioned time and there is now way to shut it off. The alarm icon shows in the status bar and in the clock widget but when I access the actual app there is no alarm listed at 6:45 AM, i.e. I can't shut it of.
I have tried to turn various alarms on and off again, rebooted the phone, deleted the widget, force stopped the app but nothing has helped so far. I would rather not return the phone to factory settings just because of the alarm clock but it is a very annoying and troublesome issue as you can imagine.
Has anybody experienced something similar or have a solution for the issue? Thanks for your answers!
