I got a new phone and gave my galaxy core prime to my 10 year old daughter. She put a pin screen lock on it and forgot it. I need to get my personal stuff (music, pics, etc.) off the phone via bluetooth because I let the service lapse before I gave it to her and am trying to figure out how to get past the pin lock screen but there is no option for (forgot pin) and no service provider to call for help. Can anyone help me?
