Problems With S Planner

My wife just changer her Samsung S4 mini to a new Galaxy A3 ( 2016)--I used Smart Switch to move across all her contacts and Apps etc to the new phone Everything is fine except \"S Planner\" which went across but some of the actual details now appear as \"my event\" rather than the actual detail of what the entry was. Of more concern is that when she goes into an App like BA and tries to automatically put it into S Planner by using the \" add to calendar\" icon we get a message that says \" Please Note You Will Need To Add A Calendar On This device Before Adding Your booking. This function still works perfectly on her old S4mini and on my new Galaxy 6 It seem that her phone does not recognise S Planner as a calendar Could anyone please help us resolve this as its a very useful function to have
