Why can I only make emergency calls even though I have bars?

So recently my Samsung S5's battery died and I was forced to use my old Samsung S4. I took the sim card of the S5 and put it in the S4 and received a prompt to unlock the sim, which I did and now I have bars but I can't make any calls or send any messages. What do I do? My carrier is Tracfone/Net 10 and my plan has been refilled so I should have 4G/LTE but nothing. I tried changing the App but I guess it wasn't working and I just reset to default so anyone have any insight?
