Why is my screenshot MMS failing but not picture MMS?

I have a Galaxy S5 Active. It was on ATT switched it to Cricket. I first had issues sending (pictures) mms but I reprogrammed the APN and that is now working. However, I can't send screenshots. I even tried going through the gallary and selecting the screenshot like I do a picture but it will say MMS failed once I hit send. Does anyone have any suggestions?
