How to copy app data, homescreen layout, etc fr galaxy note 3 to sony experia xz premium

Hi,
I used xperia transfer to transfer some media, sms, contacts and some apps.
Followed up with Helium to backup and restore apps.
Worked ok with some apps but not all.
For now I would like to transfer
the other app data,
homescreen layout,
wifi passwords and
wallpaper.
Can anyone help please?
