time to take tablet to repair shop?

Samsung tablet SM-T700...out of the blue.....it starts up real slow....does not turn WIFI on...and i get message "process system isn't responding" i have deleted cache...i have even set it back to factory data reset.....none of these have helped. any other ideas or time to take it in? thank you
