cant save or take photos on my huawei y5ii

for the last few months my phone wont save or take any new photos, ive tried deleting some, but they keep showing back up in my gallery. ive tried emailing them to myself or downloading them from messenger but it wont work. keeps saying error. before hand i had deleted a ton of stuff in my files, maybe i deleted something to do with camera??
