How can I connect to the drive from my pc? I

I've finally left Apple but I still struggle!
I just had to log on my PC to Icloud to get access to all my cloud, how do I do that with my Samsung galaxy note 8? I've tried to google Samsung cloud but it isn't working, any idea??? Thanks
