My screen is unresponsive with a blue box is going up and down my phone and is beeping what do I do?

On my Samsung Galaxy s6 my I am unable to get on to my phone as it is on the lock screen but it is unresponsive to my touch because it is beeping and a blue box is going up and down how do I get in and stop it from happening.
