My stock LG L-01E (E975W) factory hard reset isn't working after confirming. Why?

Hey guys, I was using a stock L-01E (Just a JPN E975), when it heated up one day. Tried to turn it back on, but would only bootloop. Saw the guide on XDA developers for bootloops for the Optimus Gs, and got until step 7. Now with a bootloop still occuring, I went and used the hardware buttons to go to the factory hard reset. Got in, selected to continue, but after confirming, it has been stuck on that screen for hours. No robot, just stuck on the selection screen, saying that I confirmed.
