notifications. no led? no changing of alert tones?.

lg v30. new user. Im sure its me but I cant find in settings how to turn on led missed call/text notifications reminder. Also more importantly to me is that I cant figure out how to change the alert tones to differentiate between different types of messages. EG. I don't want the same alert tone when I receive a text as the same as when I receive an email. Any information would be appreciated thank you.
