Pop up adverts

I've been getting pop ups on my home screen lately. The pop up stays on screen for about 10 to 15 seconds and stays on the screen no mater what app etc I open. Uninstalled recently downloaded apps etc but still no joy. Anyone have any suggestions?

Theres probably more info thats needed to find the problem so let me know
