What is this Mew Mew notification from my phone? HELP

I'm getting this weird and creepy notification. It just goes "Mew mew" and then stops I am looking around my phone for any apps by can't find it. I check my phone for the flashing light notification I get on my Huawei y7 and nothing is it a virus? I haven't downloaded anything dodgy...
