How do i get cricket cartier on sprint samsung galaxy s5? just says invalid sim

I bought a sprint galaxy s5 on a app I have OT said unlocked well it's not I can't reach the original owner of s5 so now I just have a locked sprint s5 with an invalid sim. Sprint absolutely will not help. They just say sorry Ime is good but we need original owner. Heeeelp
