Is there any way to block or filter website ads while browsing the internet using Puffin Browser?

I use Puffin Browser for speed. I tried to block Ads in it using Adguard DNS even Bloakda App but failed. Then realised its server based. Looking for a web proxy now that filters ads o.line or something
