Need to recover my memos from a Samsung Galaxy S4

My S4 got damaged and can no longer be used. I have replaced it with a J2 prime and all my contacts and apps were recovered from either my sim card or the google backup.

I need to recover my memo data but do not see an equivalent on the J2 . How can I get back my memo data?
