Hey guys so curious...I currently own a at&t branded LG G6 but I'm thinking about trying out the Samsung but I got a couple questions...I've never bought an unlocked version of a phone to use on the network...now I believe that if I do I lose things like video calling, wifi calling and volte that is on the at&t branded version correct? Those are a few things that I do use on this phone...I thought about going unlocked bc it's cheaper and usually you can get root easier etc...if root is say established is there a way to add those features back to the unlocked phone? I used to love rooting and stuff but since most phones have been on lock down I got used to not having it...now if I pre-ordered through Best buy on friday they take 100 off the price which would put the at&t branded model at basically the same price as the unlocked...yes I'm not crazy about all the bloatware either on a branded phone and I usually disable 90% of it if I can...just still wondering if I'm better off just going with a unlocked version is there really aside from root and no bloatware or faster updates but lack of features worth it? Guess to each their own...also I'm not a huge picture buff I'm more so concerned with getting as much battery as possible so is it worth it to spend so much extra on the 9+ just for the bigger battery? My G6 has a 3300 m battery and I can barely get through the day anymore...thanks for any opinions or advice in advanced :)
