Why is my speaker not responding while calling only.

I have Gionee s6s. Whenever I am calling to someone the speaker is not responding and when someone used to call me then speaker is perfectly working. Why is this happening? And while calling when I am switching on my auto record option then the speaker is working. What should I do?
