Samsung galaxy edge taking photos by itslef and opening gallery

This has happened a few times but i google it to see if anyone else was having the same issue.

So i place my phone down on my desk or sometimes my sofa and with nothing touching the phone it takes an image. Yes it appears in my gallery and usually its of the desk ie all brown. or all grey.

How or why?
