Turn off narration

Hi.. on my shield the annoying voice narration will not shut off but only in YouTube, it doesn't affect any other app. The "talk back" is off . The narration is only in YouTube. It use to do it in Netflix as well , but it finally stopped. Other than a factory reset of the shield. I don't know what else to do . Can anyone please help
