Updated my S8 and data no longer works

Updated my phone today and am now having issues with mobile data. It says I have a new service provider and need to factory reset my phone (it's the same SIM/provider I have always used with no issue).

Under SIM status, it shows the network but says mobile network state is disconnected.

I can make calls, but mobile data doesn't work.

Mobile data is definitely turned on and I tried reinserting the SIM. Any thoughts?
