i cant make the phone show the notifications on the lockscreen

i am using infinix hot 4 the notifications stop showing.
i went to settings>sound&notification>notification>when device is locked> i choose "show all notification"
then press back and open the notification again, it turns back to "dont show notifications at all, and keep not showing the notifications.
