I have a phone LG optimus G pro ....it has a battery problem...it becomes heated so earlier!

When i fully charged my phone then after some using it becomes heated extremly &becomes dead .....even at 89% ....so then again i have to charge it ......after putting phone on charging ...it shows charging only 2% ....so if i have to do some urgent work....i put my phone on charging ....then i can do it .....it cant stays on more than 10 mins .....becomes dead.....my battery is Lion 3140mh
