i plug in the phone using a usb cable and it comes up that it doesnt recoginze my phone that windows has detected that it has malfuntioned. i have tired everything i have used multiple different usb cables and everything. it will charge in while its plugged it but wont recoginze it as far as being able to transfer stuff from it. i have called samsung and they told me to put a app on my laptop called smart switch. i plugged the usb cable in and it doesnt work. i am at a loss of what to do.
