Androidwear

If Androidwear is set up for Android phone then set up for iPhone by downloading appropriate apps will the watch be wiped or retain the same settings and apps if I connect it back to Android phone? I'd like to be able to go back and forth by merely chosing which bluetooth to connect to. If watch is reset every time I would obviously need 2 separate watches.
