My phone Huawei Honor Play is not recognized by HiSuite but I can transfer files from computer.

Since I bought my phone a month ago, I could enjoy my life with HiSuite, but these days I cannot. Any suggestions? I checked the HDB and the USB Debugging and both are allowed but still does not recognize my computer my phone (neither my laptop).
