I’m unable to get my matricom g-box to recognize my remote.

After I rebooted the box it goes to step on press OK to continue, but nothing happens when I press the OK button yes just freezes at that screen, I have replace the batteries in the remote I still get the same results frozen screen, I am at a loss not sure what to do or if I should just replace my box with the no one can someone help me thanks.
