Why is my game not shown in google play search?

I made a 2D platform game and recently published it on 16 May 2016. I added the description with keywords: 2D platform game, cat, lite. However if i type in the search query for 2D platform game, cat 2D platform games. The results does not include my game. I see other games published at similar dates. If i search by exact game name it shows up. I made the game in Unity3d and uploaded a signed release build. Can someone please help what is missing?
