Samsung Galaxy Tab E T560

Purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab E T560 from Amazon (used). When I turn it on I get a message "This device was reset. To continue, sign in with Google Account that was previously synced on this device." I have contacted Amazon, they told me to call Samsung. I called Samsung they told me to call Amazon. Then Amazon said to call Google. Google said to call Amazon.
I've tried a couple suggestions on YouTube but no luck.
Any ideas?
