I've had a Samsung Galaxy s5 for 2.5 yrs now currently Marshmallow. Recent pop up that reads WeatherProvider at the top of pop up with a message "Enable WeatherProvider to connect to your Samsung accessory." With two buttons Accept/Reject. I never choose either and it periodically reappears. This never appeared in the past. Not sure what it is, how to turn it off, or if I should just accept. I'm using third party weather app called storm, but I've had it installed for quite a while with no pop up.
