So, basically, I have had this phone for a short time. It has 20 gbs of free space and I barely have any apps installed. With that being said, it has recently gotten extremely slow. It freezes frequently. Ex: when I open apps, they just freeze on a black screen. It wont let me take pictures either. I tried clearing my cache etc and that didnt do anything. I have come to the conclusion that I need to update my system but I ran into an issue. When I go to the update screen, it doesnt have anything to press to start the update. Im not sure what is wrong.
