When I was using my phone today, I suddenly lost the signal and the Sim started showing 'No Service'. I called the customer care and they said that the Sim might have damaged. I am pretty sure that my phone has not fallen off. I use Redmi Note 4. I just want to know if is it possible to get a sim damaged inside Sim slot? Or if the Sim is damaged, what could be the reasons for it?
