I tried upgrading my huawei Y541-U02 but it hang while restartng

Since then ive tried to figure out what might be wrong cause when i power it on the only thing that appears is the name Huawei and it cant move past that.Ive tried hard rebooting through pressing the volume key and the power button but still all it shows is the phones name.
