Samsung V20, getting too hot while taking and uploading videos. My hand is burning

My hand has a burning sensation where I was holding my Samsung V20. I use my phone to take and upload videos. What is the deal with this issue? I have had to take my battery out and put the phone in the freezer after just 2 video uploads.
