wifi, Bluetooth and hotspot

I have vivo 1st and I am using it since two years ago I had no problem but from 2 month my Bluetooth,wifi and hotspot is not workimg.Wifi is not turning on it keeps stucking but Bluetooth and hotspot turns on but it does not works please help me :)
