Can't pair my s8 or s6 with Ford SYNC

So I just got a new S8 (with Oreo) and an S6 that will not pair with my Ford Fusion with SYNC3. The phones can see the SYNC and SYNC can see the phone, but once I initiate pairing SYNC asks me to verify a six-digit passkey. Here is the problem. Neither phone will display the popup the allows me to verify the passkey.
