How do I exit talkback tutorial

Have just got a new Samsung J5 and am trying to set it up. Somehow I have ended up in the Talkback tutorial and can't escape - it is driving me mad and wondering why I ever purchased a Samsung for the first time.
I'm switching from an iPhone and thinking that maybe I made the wrong decision!
Any help would be appreciated.
