How to download apps specific to a country?

I recently moved from Croatia to Canada and need to install some apps that are specific to Canada. However, I can not find those apps in Google Play and once when I was able to find it, it was written that that app wasn't available in my country, which is Croatia. How or what do I change so my phone knows that I no longer live in Croatia?

P.S. I don't know if it matters, but I have Samsung Galaxy S6
