I can' find nearby function, Alcatel onetouch Firmware ver. 4.4.2

I bought this 2nd hand smart phone to evaluate my beacon surely broadcasting notification, I had received once a month ago, but can't find any more.
even I can't find Nearby function in Google, only Search, Location and Ads
