My signal all the sudden drops

This started about a week and a half ago I went to send a text and noticed it was stuck in the sending phase for about 20 mins. 3 weeks ago my phone was fine at work i could call text surf the web...had 4g most of the time now I drop to 1or 2 bars of 1x when I get to work and cant use my phone. I can receive some text, calls ECT but no out going on my end. Please help me before I go insane
