Call and sms app closes, when I try to open it

Hi there
Have an oneplus one
My phone can't open the call or text app
Tried to reset the latest app updates
This has helped earlier, but not this time
Tried 3. part apps but no help!
Also tried a factory reset
This helped for a short time
Anyone who can help
