Camera wont rotate in call lock screen

Videos pics on the net used to rotate the camera acts like it doesn't know which way is up doesn't rotate. Pictures come out sideways. Rotation on or off doesn't affect this. Its like it needs recalibrated. And when I make a call it will say swipe to unlock to use calling features. Apparently Walmart tech said there's no setting to remove and is only seen as a defect in LG... Still annoying. As I use phone while in call. Also hard to swipe to end call. It all appeared 3 days ago. No virus or malware... Have fully reset phone 3 times LG Optimus zone 3
