Galaxy Tab 3 keeps asking for google acct after I did factory reset. I can't get past it!

I have tried every google account I have and the system won't verify anything. How do I possibly get into this device now? I have had it send me verification codes. When I put the codes in it asks for an owner google acct. I've tried all that I have to no avail. Is there anything I can do or do I try to take it back?
