Why my camera not appear in device manger

My tap is alcatel pop7 one touch Why i cant find my camera in the device manager it stell show icon on the home screen but not work
When i try to take photo tell me camera failed and i have to restart my tap
when i go to device manger to delet app data i cant find camera on any device manger
