Where these folders coming from and unknown notification sound with no notification

I started to have this weird notofication sound on an hourly basis and no notification. And i have noticed a lot of new folders (i mean 100s of them) with names like "16858382944382" and "PANO_737473_8584".

MAKES ME FEEL LIKE I HAVE SOME KIND OF A VIRUS OR SOMETHING
