Why won't my jbl charge 3 connect to my Samsung even though I've connected to it before?

I connect to it and then the pair device lights up white with power device & then I look at the call & media to see if it's on & then after I check it's switches off when I head to YouTube or any music app any suggestions?I've tried restarting both fyi
