How to turn on samsung j7 prime with a broken power button?

My samsung j7 prime ( non removable battery) has a broken power button so I was advised to keep it on or keep it charge because of the issue but my brother played with it without my consent that obviously drained the battery. Now its charging but i can't turn it on! HELP
